Flynn succeeds co-founder and CEO Scott Ellyson, who will move to the role of Chairman. Flynn will assume the role by June 15, 2026.
As Chairman, Ellyson will maintain his significant ownership stake in East West and work closely with Flynn to support a seamless leadership transition.
Flynn brings more than 25 years of experience running large industrial and manufacturing businesses in Asia, Europe, and North America across multiple industries, such as Aerospace and Defense, Electronics, and Automotive.
