AAL: Institutional Flow BULLISH (TradingView)
|
|
|
Chart: American Airlines at the $15 strike on the daily. The idea ran to a double then faded, and the honest driver of the fade is sitting right on the crude chart.
The setup: DarkFlow flagged institutional call flow in American Airlines on June 16, positioned at the $15 line into late August. The read was a travel-demand and consumer-resilience trade on a low-dollar, high-torque airline name, with the flow footprint building on a chart that had cleared room to run. Airlines carry big operating leverage, so a modest move in the stock can multiply the option, which is what made the setup attractive.
Trade structure: the vehicle was the AAL $15 call dated August 21, flagged near $1.94. Single leg, no spread. Same floor as every signal: if it trades to half of entry, it stops there. Rode to expiry, or stopped at half.
What played out: the contract ran to a peak around +110%, a genuine double at its best, and now sits near -49% off that high. The reason is not a mystery: fuel is an airline's largest variable c

Low risk Trade Opportunity for Beginners on AAL (TradingView)
|
|
|
NASDAQ:AAL has a falling wedge on its daily and it finally has small breakout from the wedge.
Now, this stock lacks volatility and moves in VERY small increments.
Requires time on expiration, a couple of contracts to be work it and entry at a nice spot.
The RSI is heavily oversold on the Daily and currently sitting at 28.
The initial goal was $9.06 as entry if the breakout din't take place right away.
The price, however is trending under the 50 and 200 DMA and we have a death cross to consider.
Here's some other things to take into consideration:
Iran Tension...Oil impacts airlines heavily and with Iranian War taking place, oil is impacted.
Oil spiking can result in airlines stocks falling.
Not the small daily movements this stock makes...not worth the day trade.
Last time I made a move on AAL with a nice setup, it took 3 weeks to hit my highest target $2.16 move ?, but it was low risk and a decent reward with 5 contracts.
Worth a share.
Not financial advice.

AAL Bullish Trend Signals Opportunity on Retracement (TradingView)
|
|
|
American Airlines (AAL) maintains a bullish sequence from the April 4 low, supporting prospects for further upside. A 100% Fibonacci extension projects a target of $16.8, reinforcing the constructive technical outlook. The short‑term cycle from the September 30 low is unfolding as a zigzag Elliott Wave structure. From that low, wave A advanced to 14.05. A corrective pullback in wave B then terminated at 12.11, as confirmed by the hourly chart. Wave C is now progressing higher in the form of an impulse Elliott Wave structure.
Within this advance, wave (i) ended at 12.65. The dip in wave (ii) found support at 12.15. Wave (iii) extended to 14.11, while the pullback in wave (iv) settled at 13.56. The stock is expected to complete wave (v) soon, which should finalize wave ((i)) of a higher degree. Afterward, a corrective phase in wave ((ii)) is anticipated. This will address the cycle from the November 18, 2025 low before the broader uptrend resumes. Near term, as long as the pivot at 12.11 remains intact, pullba
