Wallenstam has signed a lease agreement with IWG (International Workplace Group), which will open a new unit by September 1 in Convendum's former premises in Umami Park, Sundbyberg. The office space at Odlingsgatan 7 consists of bright, furnished, ultra-modern offices where IWG – part of a global network of serviced offices and business communities with 2.5 million members – will now establish its presence under the Spaces brand.

At the turn of the year, International Workplace Group (IWG) – the world's largest hybrid workspace platform with brands including Spaces and Regus – will launch a new Spaces centre in Wihlborgs' new Vista (Bläckhornet 1) production in Hyllie, Malmö. Vista will thereby offer 1,500 square metres of hybrid workspace and shared services to established firms and start-ups, and offer resources such as a staffed reception and access to large conference rooms – resources that are currently in high demand.
