TKM Grupp AS has resolved as the sole shareholder to prolong the terms of authorities of the members of the Supervisory Boards of Selver AS and TKM Kinnisvara AS. As per the resolution of the sole shareholder of Selver AS, Raul Puusepp (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Jüri Käo, Enn Kunila and Kristo Anton shall continue as members of the Supervisory Board for another 3-year term until 21 April 2029. Members of the Supervisory board of TKM Kinnisvara AS, Enn Kunila (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Jüri Käo, Raul Puusepp and Kristo Anton will continue for another 3-year term until 18 May 2029....

 The Council of AS Pro Kapital Grupp (hereafter referred to as the Group) has approved the Group's audited annual report for 2025.In 2025, the Group's revenue amounted to EUR 53.2 million, increasing by EUR 35.0 million (193%) compared to 2024 (2024: EUR 18.2 million). The growth in revenue was primarily driven by increased sales of real estate, mainly due to the handover of completed apartments in the Kalaranna District and the Uus Kindrali project in Tallinn, as well as the handover of residential units in the City Villas and the residential-commercial development in Vilnius. By comparison, revenue in 2024 remained at a lower level, as apartment handovers in the Kalaranna District commenced only in December 2024 and, throughout most of the year, sales were largely limited to a small number of remaining inventory units in Latvia and Lithuania.The Group's operating profit amounted to EUR 14.7 million, increasing by EUR 14.6 million compared to 2024. The financial year ended with a net profit of EUR 12...

In 2026 Q1, 3.1 million tons of cargo and 1.4 million passengers passed through the harbours of Tallinna Sadam. Compared to the same period previous year, the cargo volume decreased by –8% i.e 265 thousand tonnes. Liquid bulk decreased the most, influenced by severe ice conditions on the sea. General cargo volume increased by +57% i.e 66 thousand tonnes and ro-ro by +2% i.e 31 thousand tonnes. The number of passengers decreased by –3.3% i.e. 47 thousand passengers. Passenger business was influenced by dock works of four passenger ships. The total number of vessel calls decreased by –7%.
