The Board of Directors of Hofseth BioCare ASA ("HBC") has approved the financial statements for 2025, and HBC has today published the Annual Report and Sustainability Report for 2025. In October 2025, the Company announced a successful placing of new ordinary shares with gross proceeds of NOK 158 million. As of the date of this Annual report, the Company has yet to receive all share deposits and has therefore not completed the transaction. The primary cause of the delay is stated to be of a technical and legal nature relating to the main investor who has repeatedly expressed its intention to swiftly complete the transaction.
