NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standard Chartered (the “Bank”) today announced its pivotal role in the successful closing of a USD15.1 billion financing for the first phase of Venture Global, Inc.'s CP2 LNG project. This milestone transaction marks the largest standalone project financing ever completed, attracting over USD34 billion in commitments from leading financial institutions worldwide.
As part of this financing, Standard Chartered supported a USD12.1 billion project financing package and a USD3.0 billion Equity Bridge Loan (EBL). The Bank acted as the Initial Coordinating Lead Arranger and Hedging Bank for the Term Loan and Working Capital Facility, and as the top-tier Coordinating Lead Arranger for the EBL.

Venture Global, Inc. Announces Record Date for Cash Dividend (Business Wire)

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Venture Global, Inc. (“Venture Global”) (NYSE: VG) board of directors determined today that the per share amount of its previously declared cash dividend shall be $0.017 per share, payable on September 30, 2025 to holders of its outstanding Class A common stock and outstanding Class B common stock, and that the record date shall be the close of business on September 19, 2025.
