Peab Half-year report January – June 2025
“Peab's stable development continued during the second quarter of the year. We reported slightly lower net sales for the quarter but a higher operating profit and improved operating margin. Civil engineering operations, premise construction and large sections of business area Industry continued to develop well while less housing construction impacted operations in project development, construction system and crane rentals”, says Jesper Göransson, President and CEO of Peab.

NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a light rail contract in Norway - NOK 70 million (Cision)

PEAB Anlegg AS has appointed NRC Norge AS, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract for the design and construction of track and catenary systems for the tram infrastructure in Trondheim.
The contract is valued at approximately NOK 70 million. The work will commence immediately and is scheduled for completion in June 2027.

Peab signs framework agreement with E.ON (Cision)

ATS Kraftservice AB, which is a subsidiary of Peab, has been entrusted once again with a framework contract for local grid services by E.ON. The contract runs for five years and is worth SEK 1,150 million with a one-year option.
As part of the ongoing energy transition, E.ON Energidistribution AB is making one of its largest investments to date to modernize and strengthen the Swedish local grid. During the period 2026-2031, E.ON is planning extensive investments in electricity grid infrastructure to meet the increased demands on capacity, reliability and sustainability.

Peab has been commissioned to build Sunnerby School in Sunnerby in Nynäshamn Municipality. The project includes both new construction and rebuilding an existing school. The customer is Nynäshamn Municipality and the contract is worth SEK 197 million.
Peab will build the new K-6 school in Sunnerby outside Nynäshamn. The school will replace Kyrk School and parts of the existing Sunnerby School located on the site today. When completed, the new school will have room for 420 students.

Peab, through its subsidiary Peab Asfalt in Denmark, has been commissioned to do the paving when the expressway Hillerød-Allerød is converted into a highway. The customer is Zøllner and the contract is worth DKK 82 million, equivalent to SEK 123 million.
Peab Asfalt has been commissioned to do the paving in the conversion of the 13.5 km long expressway between Allerød and Hillerød on Zealand into a four lane highway.
