The 2025 drilling program has now completed 34 RC drill holes, 13 drill holes have been reported (please see new releases dated August 14, September 23, and October 31, 2025). The drilling program has completed 5,960 meters of RC drilling and 495m of core drilling to date. The company currently has 21 RC drill holes awaiting geochemical analysis at the Bureau Veritas Laboratory.

Vancouver, Canada – October 16, 2025 – TheNewswire – Aztec Minerals Corp. (AZT: TSX-V, OTCQB: AZZTF) (“Aztec” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the closing of its previously announced “bought deal” private placement offering (the “Offering”), including the full exercise of the over-allotment option (the “Over-Allotment Option”) for aggregate gross proceeds of C$10,004,655. Pursuant to the Offering, the Company sold 42,573,000 common shares of the Company (the “Offered Shares”) at a price of C$0.235 per Offered Share (the “Issue Price”).
