COPENHAGEN, Denmark--(BUSINESS WIRE)--#cadeler--Cadeler today announces that it has agreed to acquire the Boqiang 3060 – a newly-constructed jack-up wind turbine installation vessel (WTIV) – from Shanghai Boqiang Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd, expanding its fleet and enhancing its capacity to meet the increasing global demand for offshore wind turbine operations & maintenance (O&M) services.
The vessel will be renamed Wind Keeper, a name symbolising both the vessel's position as a rare and valuable find – a true “keeper” – and her focus on ensuring the up-keep of green energy generation through the provision of O&M services to the offshore wind industry.

Cadeler Reports Strong Start to 2025 Driven by Fleet Expansion and Increased Utilisation (Business Wire)

COPENHAGEN, Denmark--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Cadeler A/S (“Cadeler” and, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) published its Q1 2025 Earnings Release, delivering progress in both financial and operational performance in the same quarter that the company has expanded its operational fleet, having taken delivery of two new vessels.
For the first three months of 2025, Cadeler reported revenue of EUR 65 million, an increase of EUR 46 million compared to EUR 19 million in the same period of 2024.
EBITDA rose to EUR 24 million, an increase of EUR 34 million from a loss of EUR 10 million in Q1 2024.
The expectation for both revenue and EBITDA remains unchanged for 2025 as communicated in Cadeler's Annual Report 2024: full-year revenue is expected to range between EUR 485-525 million and EBITDA is expected to range between EUR 278-318 million.
