COPENHAGEN, Denmark--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Cadeler (Cadeler A/S and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") has published its Annual Report for 2025, reporting strong financial and operational performance for a year in which it took delivery of five vessels, doubling its operational fleet capacity. Cadeler maintained high utilisation while sharpening its strategic focus on operations and maintenance through the establishment of Nexra, its new service platform for the offshore wind industry.
For the full year 2025, Cadeler generated revenue of EUR 620 million, compared to EUR 249 million in 2024 – an increase of EUR 371 million. The growth was driven by fleet expansion, high utilisation and strong operational activity.
EBITDA reached EUR 425 million for the year, up from EUR 126 million in 2024, while net profit for the year totalled EUR 280 million, compared to EUR 65 million the previous year.

COPENHAGEN, Denmark--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cadeler A/S (“Cadeler”) today announces that it has further strengthened its financial position with the addition of a second unsecured green corporate term loan facility (the “Green Corporate Loan Facility”), in the aggregate amount of EUR 60 million with a non-committed accordion option of up to EUR 80 million.
The Green Corporate Loan Facility, with a tenor of up to five years, was arranged and coordinated by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch (“HSBC”) and Clifford Capital Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Clifford Capital”) as Mandated Lead Arrangers, with HSBC as Green Loan Coordinator and Facility Agent, and both HSBC and Clifford Capital as lenders.

Full-year guidance is reaffirmed as Cadeler continues to execute on its long-term growth strategy.
In the first nine months of 2025, Cadeler generated revenue of EUR 453 million, up 178% from EUR 163 million in the same period in 2024 – an increase of EUR 290 million. COPENHAGEN, Denmark--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Cadeler A/S (“Cadeler” and, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) has published its interim financial results for the first half of 2025, reporting results above expectations and in line with its recently increased full-year revenue and EBITDA guidance. The first half of the year was characterised by fleet growth, disciplined project execution, and a sharpened strategic focus on Operations & Maintenance (O&M), as well as significant compensation in connection with the termination of a long-term agreement.

COPENHAGEN, Denmark--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Cadeler A/S (“Cadeler” and, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) published its Q1 2025 Earnings Release, delivering progress in both financial and operational performance in the same quarter that the company has expanded its operational fleet, having taken delivery of two new vessels.
For the first three months of 2025, Cadeler reported revenue of EUR 65 million, an increase of EUR 46 million compared to EUR 19 million in the same period of 2024.
EBITDA rose to EUR 24 million, an increase of EUR 34 million from a loss of EUR 10 million in Q1 2024.
