5/7/26 :: VROCKSTAR :: NYSE:CVNA Going for the kill now - did a deep dive on trash-tier credit names y day - and i can't find anything that's even remotely close to the art exhibit of carvana's off balance sheet financials - the catalyst here w/b any breath in risk, higher/ sticky rates and without any relief for the consumer - the move they made y day to tak on a low-margin business to their scheme reminded me of when companies were announcing they were doing deals with OAI and gapping higher... lol i remember this marked the top for NASDAQ:TEAM , as an example - and called it out. - same vibes - this one is a donut. but all hole. - taken as a full enterprise value (including all their off balance sheet obligations that are being funded by mgmt's sale of shares) the equity has a negative valuation. V

4/23/26 :: VROCKSTAR :: NYSE:CVNA rolling the donut - i'm off to las vegas again for the bitcoin conference - hopefully the moonbois are sitting this one out - speaking of moonbois... carvana - avis/ NASDAQ:CAR looking more attractive than $cvna... and i think NASDAQ:CAR is probably (and still going dramatically) lower...see top post - carvana is less obvious because the lie has been repeated too much. - wall street analysts are still getting paid to check the box and look the other way. considering the work has been done for them, it's hard to draw any other conclusion - having done probably 2-3 hrs on this over the last year it's not hard to find how the magic trick is conducted - so while timing this donut is difficult - the hot oil... the frosting... the sprinkles... oh wait. that's a different donut. - i'd not eat the doggie donut called "carvana" - but hey. maybe it works out. fake it long enough and maybe they'll make it. i'd just not bet on it. - in fact. i'm short again. jul exp. V
