ZVRA Therap. is showing its bullish mission on a monthly chart. This is not investment advice, I will probably add to this stock on a break above 9.26. (on a sidenote: I see where another Pharma, Rigel RIGL recently put out as a market buy by a subscription newsletter, yet it fell in price, it had some late volume during Thursday yesterday go into the stock but it was very late in the the session and as such its Relative strength is weak. )

I've been watching ZVRA the past month and waiting for a good entry point. I like the potential upside. Analysts show a 1 year target between $18 and $26. Massive upside. On the charts, it's not perfect, but I think starting a position with some DCA'ing is wise now. It is sitting right on top of that volume support from August. If it holds above $9, it should be bullish for the week. If it drops again, there's more support from the lower trendline down around $7.60. The other indicator I like is the oscilating MACD. It's showing that the divergence is narrowing and the downward momentum is slowing. I like this indicator (pink on the bar) as a sign not so much of a reversal, but at least a temporary bottom. From a patterns perspective, it's narrowing triangle, and so if/when it pops out of this it could move a lot. My maximum position size is 200 shares, and I'll be doing a maximum 10 buys of 20 shares.
