Daniel Alejandro Moreno-Gama, 20, from Texas, was arrested and booked into County Jail hours after the incident. He faces multiple felony charges including attempted murder, arson, making criminal threats, and two counts each of possession or manufacture of an incendiary device and possession of a destructive device.
