Hapag-Lloyd schluckt israelische Reederei Zim (Cash)

- Mit einer Milliardenübernahme in Israel festigt die Reederei Hapag-Lloyd ihren Rang als weltweit fünftgrösste Containerreederei. Für die Übernahme der in Haifa ansässigen Reederei Zim nehmen die Hamburger mehr als vier Milliarden US-Dollar in die Hand, wie die Hapag-Lloyd AG mitteilte.
