· Revenues were 405 MEUR, up 25% in TOMRA Group (2Q25: 325 MEUR). Revenues were:
· up 45% in Collection driven by RVM installations in Poland, Portugal, Singapore, and Romania, and 15% growth in existing markets

TOMRA: Appointed majority supplier to leading retail chain in UK (Cision)

TOMRA has been appointed supplier of approximately 1,200 reverse vending machines (RVMs) to a leading international retail chain in the UK. The RVMs will be provided on a sales and service basis with deliveries planned to start in first half 2027. The RVMs will be a mix of TOMRA's S2 machines and T-100 machines with backroom solutions.

TOMRA: Scope downgrades credit rating from A- to BBB+ (Cision)

Scope Ratings has today announced a one-notch downgrade of TOMRA System ASA's credit rating from A- to BBB+ with a stable outlook, which according to the rating agency reflects higher leverage driven by debt-funded acquisitions and weaker cash flow, amid challenging market conditions in the Recycling division.
The rating change aligns with TOMRA's target of maintaining an investment grade capital structure, which the company remains committed to.
