Vom Reinraum bis zum Brenner: PORR baut aus einer Hand! PORR-Chef Karl-Heinz Strauss widerspricht im Gespräch mit Peter Heinrich vom Börsenradio dem Krisengerede: Nicht die Bauwirtschaft stecke in der Krise, sondern vor allem der Immobilien- und Wohnbau. Für Infrastruktur, Energiewende, Rechenzentren und intelligente Verkehrssysteme erwartet er für die kommenden acht bis zwölf Jahre einen Bauboom. Wie technisch PORR inzwischen arbeitet, zeigen zwei Großbaustellen: In Erfurt entsteht für X-FAB die Chipfabrik Fab4Micro samt Reinräumen. Am Brenner-Basistunnel bohren Maschinen wie "Wilma", 200 bis 250 Meter lang und bis zu 3.000 Tonnen schwer. Auch personell baut PORR Brücken: Rund 250 Fachkräfte aus Indien arbeiten in Rumänien, nachdem Kontakte auf Baustellen in Doha entstanden waren. Finanziell stehen 9,8 Mrd.
