Acushnet Holdings Corp. Announces Pricing of Offering of Senior Notes (Business Wire)

FAIRHAVEN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Acushnet Holdings Corp. (NYSE: GOLF) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Acushnet Company (the “Issuer”), priced an offering of $500,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of senior notes (the “Notes”). The proceeds from the Notes offering will be used (i) to redeem all $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Issuer's outstanding 7.375% Senior Notes due 2028 (the “2028 Notes”), (ii) to repay a portion of the amount outstanding under the Issuer's revolving secured credit facility, and (iii) to pay fees and expenses related to the Notes offering.
The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.625% per annum and will pay interest semi-annually in arrears on June 1 and December 1 of each year, beginning on June 1, 2026. The Notes will mature on December 1, 2033, unless earlier repurchased or redeemed in accordance with their terms.
