Notice to the 2026 Annual General Meeting of AFRY (Cision)

The shareholders of AFRY AB (publ) are hereby given notice to the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") on Tuesday 28 April 2026 at 14:00 (CEST) at the company's head office at Frösundaleden 2A, Solna, Sweden. Registration starts at 13:30 (CEST).
The shareholders may also exercise their voting rights at the AGM by postal voting in accordance with the provisions of AFRY's Articles of Association.

Peab builds school in Lund (Cision)

Peab has been commissioned to build a school for grades 4 to 6 with a sports facility, a district library, a meeting place for seniors and a culture school in Lund. The customer is Lund Municipality and the contract is worth SEK 374 million.
The building will be located at Norra Fäladen in Lund. The total area is 10,800 m2 and spread over three floors. The building will be constructed according to Miljöbyggnad Silver.

Der DAX geht mit einem Minus von 2,0 % bei 22.385 Punkten schwach ins Wochenende. Am großen Verfallstag, dem sogenannten Hexensabbat, sorgten auslaufende Optionen und Futures für teils kräftige Kursbewegungen. Der EuroStoxx50 verlor 1,7 % auf 5.518 Punkte. Im DAX hielten sich Heidelberg Materials mit +3,2 % und Infineon mit +1,5 % vergleichsweise gut, SAP gab 3,9 % nach. Aufmerksamkeit bekam auch das Börsendebüt von Vincorion: erster Kurs 19,30 Euro, später 18,63 Euro, nach einem Ausgabepreis von 17 Euro. Unter den Einzelwerten sprang Gerresheimer nach Übernahmespekulationen um fast 15 % auf 20,38 Euro. Elmos gewann 10,4 % nach einem Reuters-Bericht über einen möglichen Verkauf. Auf der Verliererseite brach Bechtle nach dem Ausblick für 2026 um 16,3 % auf 25,10 Euro ein. Im Rohstoffteil fällt Gold trotz Krisenlage um 0,8 %. Capital Economics sieht den Preis bis Ende 2026 bei 3.500 USD je Feinunze....

Peab has entered into an agreement for a new credit facility totaling SEK 8.0 billion to refinance the current credit facility of SEK 7.0 billion that matures in June 2028.
The credit facility of SEK 8.0 billion runs until March 20, 2029 with the possibility of an extension for one plus one year. Four banks participate in the transaction: Nordea, Swedbank, SEB and Handelsbanken. The transaction is coordinated by Nordea.
The credit agreement is intended to refinance the company's existing credit facility which matures in June 2028. The loan contract makes up Peab's long-term financing...
