Aktien Schweiz Vorbörse: Leichte Gewinne - Swiss Re und Holcim im Fokus (Cash)

- Der Schweizer Aktienmarkt wird am Freitag nach einer ereignisreichen Woche mit einer leicht freundlichen Eröffnung erwartet. Die US-Vorgaben liefern allerdings wenig Impulse. So hatte der Dow Jones hauchdünn im Plus, die Nasdaq belastet von Nvidia und dem ganzen Halbleitersektor indes im Minus geschlossen. Beide bewegten sich nach Börsenschluss in Europa aber nur noch wenig. Neben der laufenden Berichtssaison schwelt im Hintergrund weiter eine mögliche Eskalation zwischen dem Iran und den USA. Immerhin sind weitere Gespräche für die kommende Woche angekündigt....

The total number of shares in Rejlers AB (publ) (”Rejlers”) as of 27 February 2026 amounts to 22,835,567 shares, whereof 1,749,250 shares of series A and 21,086,317 shares of series B. The total number of votes in Rejlers amounts to 38,578,817.
The change in the number of shares and votes in Rejlers is due to the new issue in kind of 257,240 shares of series B that was resolved by the Board of Directors with support from an authorization granted at the annual general meeting held on 24 April 2025 in connection with the acquisition of the company Ingenjörsfirman Rörkraft AB.
