NRC Group ASA ("NRC" or the "Company") has carried out its employee share purchase program for 2025.
Participants in the share purchase program were offered a discount of 20 percent on the average closing price through the subscription period. Hence the subscription price after discount was NOK 5.51.
In connection with the program, the Company has transferred 486,050 of its shares held in treasury to employees participating in the program. Following the transaction, NRC owns 255,256 treasury shares.

Veidekke: Collaboration on Psychiatric Building at the New Aker Hospital (Cision)

Veidekke has won the competition for the new psychiatric building (PHA South) at the New Aker Hospital in Oslo. The contract with Helse Sør-Øst RHF for the collaboration phase was signed today, and further development of this billion project starts immediately.

A total of 42 participants in Veidekke ASA's share option program have on 14 November 2025 exercised a total of 29,581 options at a strike price of NOK 90.36.
Following the exercise, the employees will acquire 29,581 shares in Veidekke ASA. The shares will be transferred during December 2025. Shares acquired through the program are subject to a one-year sales restriction from the exercise date.

Bane NOR has appointed NRC Norge AS, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract for rehabilitation and upgrade works on the railway corridor between Drammen and Kobbevikdalen.
The contract is valued at approximately NOK 36 million, and the work will commence in November 2025 and is scheduled for completion in June 2026.
