A total of 84 participants in Veidekke ASA's share option program have on May 15[th] 2026 exercised a total of 94,202 options at a strike price of NOK 79,11. Veidekke has signed a contract with Hæhre Entreprenør AS for asphalt paving as part of the construction of the new E6 motorway between Ranheim in Trondheim municipality and Sveberg in Malvik municipality. Veidekke has signed a contract with Øygarden Municipality to build the new Fjell lower secondary school at Bildøyna. The contract includes a new school building, infrastructure and a basement, and is valued at approximately NOK 350 million.
