Elisa has today signed a committed EUR 300 million credit facility to secure the refinancing of a EUR 300 million bond maturing in September 2027. The annual coupon rate of the bond maturing 2027 is 0.25%.
The facility can be drawn within a pre-agreed period up to the maturity date. The credit facility matures in August 2029.
The credit facility is provided by Danske Bank, Nordea Bank and SEB.
