DigitalBridge Group (DBRG) soared in premarket trading as Japan's SoftBank Group is said to near a deal to acquire DigitalBridge. The Japanese conglomerate could announce an agreement as soon as Monday for New York-listed DigitalBridge, according to sources who asked not to be identified because the information is private.
