6/5/26 :: VROCKSTAR :: NASDAQ:SBET Quick comment... - 50% of book - i'll take it to 60 or more if we cross $5 - turns out encrypted bitcoin (i.e. zec) isn't bitcoin - i think this mythos/ llm hitting defi contracts is the concern here and as you know eth is priced in many ways i find it most helpful to think about as a "key" to the tvl "vault". in other words, eth secures the tvl riding on ethereum - so min mulitple would be 4x, at peak you start to play the eth-as-money game, maybe 5-7x on tvl - if TVL (see defillama) goes to say $30B and you put that 4x on it you get to $120B (which in itself is pretty laughably low, but putting aside the feels)... that's about 30% downside from here. that puts ETH at 1.1-1.2k from the $1.6k today - do i think it gets there? coin flip. how about in the next weeks? probably not - that's too easy - so my sense is we will mean revert, bears get rekt. bulls come back in "generational buy" (which is is but patience is needed... and sorely missing today)... and we go say 1.8

5/18/26 :: VROCKSTAR :: NASDAQ:SBET Large and in charge - you're buying eth for $1.5k here, about 27% off spot - if btc is bad beta to higher rates so is eth, bmnr... sbet - but with no debt, staking yield offsetting opex, the drag here for now is minimal - will a trad fi wipe out hurt this more? yes. this is not a full port situation, far from it... see bullet 2... rates! - but i can't think of a better asymmetric oppty in the mkt so i'm wrangling this one - be prepared for 30% lower, but don't count on it. V

3/26/26 :: VROCKSTAR :: NASDAQ:SBET 50% of my book (and some market thoughts) - first, we're in a weird environment and hence my prioritizing cash and yield-style positions. i don't think this resolves short term even though if you want to play roulette to the upside, there will likely be some TACO action - so first, i'm still playing careful aggression which means: fewer positions, more concentrated, hedged (covered calls for yield), and a decent cash position (at least 20% and ideally 25-30% until we get some clarity on bottoming "event" - and there's no sight on this w/ where rates and inflation/oil are today) - so here's how i'm thinking about this after re-adjusting some positions today - sbet (20% outright long), implied eth of $1.6k/eth not bad at 20% off. there's some overhead to this thing that needs to be considered etc. etc. and as/if eth goes lower this spread should WIDEN not narrow, so beware of this. it's just math. as it goes up, it has an opposite effect. - sbet hedged, i'm going 2 mo's o

12/31/25 :: VROCKSTAR :: NASDAQ:SBET rubber gloves it's electric - basically 28% off eth - the only DAT that has 100% of coins staked - recently unstaked a little b/c let's be honest it's pretty obvious they'll buy back shares here - there are a LOT of scammy co's out there in DAT world - but this $2B treasury and #2 eth DAT (to bmnr) is rock solid mgmt - finally... i'll point out this DAT year-end bafoosamein (i made that up btw) reminds me a lot of trading the crypto closed end funds for the last 6 years - people buy the premium, sell the discount and call it a scam and add year end into that and way more options and you get exhaustion - stay engaged - this discount here is about $2.1k eth - i think in bear(ist) case eth is $1.5k and this would actually trade another 30% lower (to fill the gap) - but when you're talking EVEN 50% lower for x's on the upside and it's a set and forget (for life?) then, kind of obvious to have a position - the only question is size management - my rule of thumb is this...

11/20/25 :: VROCKSTAR :: NASDAQ:SBET Let's do some math, okay? - over here at Vrock Enterprises we like to use a tool called math - it helps make the decisions a little easier (go figure!) - so on a day like today - when people can't make heads and tails, you can make both SBET is overwhelmingly my largest position as of now even acknowledging another -25 to -30% potential drawdown - so here's the deal, you're buying ETH at a ~18% discount as of this writing, which is already $2.3k eth (the zone where we're like to see first support) - if we lose that support and let's imagine if that happens, this thing trades still at 20% discount (i've been doing this for 6 years, so expecting the gap to narrow is great, if happens, but let's not assume it), then you'd be down about 25-30% to $1.8k/eth which (while this could happen) is probably a place where it's a multi-generational (not just generational buy). - eth the asset is about $350B today. - it has so much adoption as i'll continue to write about, that it's

SBET 30 min cloud also flipping bullish. Interesting to see if this leads ETH

Looking back at the couple times price shot up, RSI was sitting right below 50 and price was starting to coil up. There is a descending channel wedge in both examples. First price target around 30.00 and 40.00. I see this happening within the next week to two weeks. Could hit maybe 30 by next week and 40 the following. Or maybe it hits 40 in one shot like BMNR hit 60 in one day. Let me know if you see this happening or don't.

7/29/25 :: VROCKSTAR :: NASDAQ:SBET What r u guys doing...? - feels like i'm always in early, out early - but here we are, buying AMEX:BMNR in the 30s post market, halving that in the run this AM... adding it back - you all realize that NASDAQ:SBET 's mnav is pretty close to 1 right? - i just don't get it, perhaps it's all these call options, negative gamma - "yes" eth is expensive, could pullback got it - but as a treasury vehicle, esp of this size, you'll likely see 2...3...4x mnav at end of cycle as borrow are in MSD rates and yield here ("ROE") in bank terms based on underlying CAGR is minimally DDs... but realistically in the 20s...30s...40s... e.g. justifying this 2+ x mnav - so you do you - but i'm back and buying all the way back to $15 and below where in my estimation you'd be buying eth at a discount? lol V

7/2/25 :: VROCKSTAR :: NASDAQ:SBET Another way to juice sbet orange - in this giddy money printer go brr expectation tape and back to ATH on the index, it's an interesting point to look for names where you'd own it... but where it might be non-obvious and where IV is high - as a point of reference, take $sbet. 1.5x mnav ETH treasury w/ some gaming ops, biggest treasury outside of eth foundation, eth is probably actually underwrite-able (not a word i know) from a convert/ perferred perspective, where a treasury *really* gets yield on it's stack - I can sell the $10 strike aug 15 calls for $1.8 rn (and have started doing this, most of that volume today is me lol) - point here is... 1/ i think in the next 6-18 mo. ETH will be probably $4-5k. does this mean it doesn't go to $1.5-2k in the meanwhile? and this thing could trade at 1x mnav in the immediate term? if that were the case, say $2.5k eth (so -20% plus or minus) and then 1.5x mnav to 1x mnav = another 30% on top of this. so you're looking at -50% (or m

7/1/25 :: VROCKSTAR :: NASDAQ:SBET How I'm trading this - tl;dr, this is the first *larger* eth "treasury" attempts - while the world is focused on AMEX:BMNR today at 10x NAV, this sits quietly at 1.5x nav - there are two ways shareholders who would buy, say, at today's price would make an "eth yield" - 1/ co raises debt, converts, prefs etc. any flavor and uses this to buy ETH and ETH appreciates in excess of this yield. my sense is this is more difficult "today" given the institutional view of BTC remains *hard enough* (even tho, really, it's not). but with stable coins becoming more in focus, this gives important life to eth narrative in coming cycle (more on this below) - 2/ the mNAV is allowed to expand. if i raise at say 1.5x MNAV and then the stock appreciates toward say 3x MNAV and i raise there again to buy eth... the original holders essentially got a pro-rata distribution in excess of their initial stake. where the logic, here, fails... is that if this is your *only* way to raise $... eventua
