(Nasdaq: SBET) ("Sharplink" or the "Company"), one of the world's largest corporate holders of Ether ("ETH") and a prominent industry advocate of Ethereum adoption, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with an institutional investor (the “Investor”) for the purchase and sale of 10,013,351 shares of its common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Shares), and accompanying warrants to purchase up to 10,013,351 shares of common stock (the “Warrants”), at a combined purchase price of $7.49 per Share and Warrant.
