Initial Airborne Survey Confirms Magnetic Anomaly Similar to Nisk Deposit
Vancouver, BC – TheNewswire - October 2, 2025 – Quantum Critical Metals Corp. (TSX.V: LEAP | OTCQB: ATOXF | FSE: 86A1) ("Quantum" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, further to the news of September 22nd, 2025 the Company has successfully completed a MAG-TDEM (magnetic-time domain electromagnetic) airborne survey on its wholly owned NMX East Property in Northern Québec.
During September, Quantum completed two airborne surveys at NMX East:
an electro magnetic (“EM”) very low frequency electromagnetic (“VLF”) and magnetic geophysical survey to validate historical government data and enhance geological targeting; followed by
a MAG-TDEM airborne survey to obtain additional high-resolution data to allow a better definition of EM anomalies for improved design of drill targets aimed at Ni-PGE mineralization, similar to that of neighbouring Power Metallic Mines (TSX-PNPN).

Follow Up MAG-TDEM Survey Planned to Advance Nickel-PGE Drill Targeting
Vancouver, BC – TheNewswire - September 22, 2025 – Quantum Critical Metals Corp. (TSX.V: LEAP | OTCQB: ATOXF | FSE: 86A1) ("Quantum" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to the news of August 14th, 2025 the Company has successfully completed an electro magnetic (“EM”) very low frequency electromagnetic (“VLF”) and magnetic geophysical survey at its wholly owned NMX East Project in Northern Québec.
The survey was designed to validate historical government data and enhance geological targeting at NMX East, which is located in the same region as Power Metallic Mines Ltd. (TSXV-PNPN) Nisk deposit which is a known source of lithium, nickel and platinum group elements (“PGE”).
Nickel and PGE are commonly searched for with airborne and magnetic surveys to help locate the rock types of interest (Vallée et al. 2024).

Vancouver, BC – TheNewswire - August 14, 2025 – Quantum Critical Metals Corp. (TSX.V: LEAP | OTCQB: ATOXF | FSE: 86A1) ("Quantum" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has received an optical mineralogy report on two hand samples collected from metric angular blocks on its NMX East Project in Northern Québec. The report, prepared by PMC Laboratory, documents the mineralogical characteristics of two samples identified as metamorphosed mafic-ultramafic intrusive rocks. This new information is consistent with the Company's understanding that its NMX property is related to the Bande du Lac des Montagnes ("BLM") formation. The BLM formation east from the property contain the Ni-PGE mineralization that are intercepted by Power Metallic Mines Ltd. (TSXV-PNPN).

Vancouver, BC – TheNewswire - August 12, 2025 – Quantum Critical Metals Corp. (TSX.V: LEAP | OTCQB: ATOXF | FSE: 86A1) ("Quantum" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed a site visit to its wholly owned NMX East project, located in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Québec.
The focus of the site visit was to assess the southeastern portion of Quantum's NMX East claims for potential mafic outcrops and to investigate the magnetic high identified by Québec government geophysics. The area had not previously been examined during earlier pegmatite focused exploration. (see Figure 1, black circled area). Geological mapping and sampling were conducted, and selected samples are being analyzed to determine if an ultramafic rock package with the potential of hosting critical minerals is present.
