NEW YORK and LEAMINGTON, Ontario, Aug. 27, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tilray Brands, Inc. (“Tilray” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: TLRY; TSX: TLRY), a global consumer packaged goods company at the forefront of the cannabis, beverage, and wellness industries, today announced that it received written notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (“Nasdaq”) confirming that Tilray is again in compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement set forth in 5450(a)(1) of the Nasdaq Listing Rules. To achieve this, the Company's shares were required to close at $1.00 or higher for at least 10 consecutive trading days. Jefferies-Analyst Kaumil Gajrawala hat daraufhin das Kursziel für die Aktie des kanadischen Brancheriesen Tilray auf 2,00 US-Dollar angehoben. "Wir werden bald mit der Neubewertung von Marihuana voranschreiten", erklärte Trump zuletzt und räumte ein: "Es ist ein sehr komplexes Thema." Für Analyst Gajrawala ein wichtiges Signal für die Branche. "Dies wäre zwar keine vollständige Legalisierung, aber dennoch eine bedeutende Änderung der Cannabispolitik auf Bundesebene, die den ins Stocken geratenen Überprüfungsprozess der DEA möglicherweise beschleunigen würde."
