(CSE: CTTT) (FRA: X9V) (“CiTech” or the “Company”), a leading developer of autonomous, high-capacity mobile communications platforms, is pleased to announce it has entered into an increased scope Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Babcock International Group (“Babcock”) to co-develop and build a rapidly deployable platform integrating 5G communications, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), and counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) capabilities for not only the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but now also for all of Europe and Southeast Asia.
The original MOU agreement, signed at the DSEI (Defence and Security Equipment International) expo in London in September 2025, was put in place in order for both companies to work exclusively on the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence request to supply 50 of CiTech's Nexus 20 platforms.

(CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) (“CiTech” or the “Company”), a leading developer of autonomous, high-capacity mobile communications and security platforms, is pleased to provide an update on the production and delivery schedule for its Nexus platform series, with multiple units entering final assembly and deployment phases in key international markets.
The production timeline is progressing as follows:
• Nexus 1 and 2 – scheduled to arrive at CiTech's production facility mid-December 2025
• Nexus 3 – scheduled to arrive mid-February 2026
• Nexus 4 – to be delivered to Babcock International's facility in Poland in mid-March 2026
• Nexus 5 – to be delivered to Virginia Beach, USA by the end of March 2026
