HTF (4h) structure: AAOI has been in a powerful uptrend from sub-$50 in January to a May peak near $233, followed by a multi-week correction down to ~$150 on May 29, and then a sharp recovery. The stock is now pressing the $185–$190 zone, which served as a consolidation band in mid-May and early June before the June 2 spike to $202+. Price pulled back hard on June 9 (gap down to ~$161) and has since recovered, now on June 15 making a strong push back above $188–$190 on elevated volume (3.37M shares in the first hour, 1.23M in second, 0.78M in third). The $185–$190 zone is the near-term resistance being tested right now. LTF (1h) trigger: today's open at $176.8, ramp to $189.9 high, then mild pause at $186–$190 — price is hovering just at the breakout level with the current bar (09:30) closing at $189.9, essentially printing a micro-breakout through the $188–$190 resistance cluster. Entry at $190.00 (ask), confirming the break. Stop below today's intraday consolidation low and the prior-day structure near $181

AAOI remains in an HTF uptrend and has pulled back into the 195-196 prior intraday shelf after reclaiming sharply from the 177 area. The latest 1h candle undercut 195, held above the prior session breakdown zone, and closed back near 196.7, giving a defined pullback trigger. Long is only attractive against that reclaimed shelf; below 192.4 the LTF reclaim fails and momentum likely rotates back toward the mid-180s. Target is the recent swing high near 209.6. ?
