9/9/25 :: VROCKSTAR :: NASDAQ:KDP LT buy but not yet for me - 5% fcf yields for both KDP and their recent target XETR:JDE - all cash and a ton of debt, going to merge coffee co's together and list - makes sense - but at this stage in the year, these deals have always seemed to be tough to trade (in my experience) - also neither r a must own, but probably in the LT buy territory - i set a tgt slightly above $25 to take another look if we get a macro pull back in the coming weeks. - again, i'm light on risk and heavy cash. my thesis is... if i'm wrong i make less, but if i'm right, ppl will "sell the news" of whatever papa P gives us which is not yet enough to tame poor and worsening liquidity conditions in my estimation - let's see where all the chips fall if/when that happens but for now i'll put this one atop my beverage-related watchlist, but not pulling trigger V
