This chart shows a popular strategy called harmonic trading. It uses specific shapes and math percentages (Fibonacci numbers) to predict when a falling stock is about to turn around and head back up. Here is a simple breakdown of what is happening: 1. The "Bat" Shape is Complete The red lines form a geometric pattern shaped like a bat (labeled X-A-B-C-D). The stock started at a low point (X), shot up to (A), bounced around, and then slid all the way down to (D). Point D is the magic zone where buyers are expected to step in and push the price back up. 2. Sellers are Running Out of Energy At the very bottom of the image, the blue and orange wavy lines (MACD) measure the market's momentum. While the stock price was grinding lower and lower, the momentum lines actually started sloping upward (the orange line). This is called bullish divergence. I entered this stock at $26 because I love the fib pull target. This is one of the trades where I cant nail down a monthly or yearly level I believe will be the bottom. BUT I do have a fib pull that shows me a huge target for I believe KHC will end up. A level like this acts like a magnet that will pull the price up to it. Those are my best longs. Buying a stock that isn't just at support, but also has huge target set up. Those are the real winners. I still have confidence in KHC and I love where we are holding currently. Every major level has been tested ad nauseam on the way down to our current price. We just need to gain some damn levels. Hopefully Q1 2026 is when we start to do that.

KHC about to hit the negative 1 from 2021 Highs aligning with the HTF 0.782 retracement and Daily level. So a few levels of confluence there. Would look at the reaction for a long target of 28ish. And should we close a monthly candle above 28 in the future one could look for a move back to 21 highs. 28 being the overall key resistance. Previous HTF distribution lows and anchored vwap coming in around 32.
