NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Warner Music Group Corp. (“Warner Music Group” or “WMG”) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share on WMG's Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock. The dividend is payable on December 2, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 19, 2025.
