Die japanische Notenbank stellt trotz der erwarteten Konjunktureintrübung infolge des Iran-Krieges weitere Zinserhöhungen in Aussicht. «Sollten sich unsere Wirtschafts- und Preisprognosen bewahrheiten, werden wir die Zinsen wahrscheinlich weiter anheben», teilten die Währungshüter am Freitag in Tokio mit. Höhere Ölpreise aufgrund des Iran-Krieges stellten zwar ein Risiko für das Wirtschaftswachstum dar. China's exports of jet fuel have declined sharply in recent weeks amid the US-Israel war on Iran, leaving countries including Australia and Japan facing a supply crunch and scrambling to find alternative sellers.
