LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Caleres (NYSE: CAL) (caleres.com), a market-leading portfolio of consumer-driven footwear brands, announced today it has closed on the acquisition of Stuart Weitzman from Tapestry, Inc. for $120.2 million, which included $11.5 million in cash received at the closing. Excluding cash received at the closing, the net purchase price was $108.7 million. The purchase price is subject to final adjustments for net working capital.
