Walmart Announces Leadership Changes (Business Wire)

BENTONVILLE, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Walmart Inc. (Nasdaq: WMT) today announced that its Board of Directors has elected new leaders to its Executive Council. Incoming President and Chief Executive Officer of Walmart Inc. John Furner also shared additional changes designed to help fuel innovation and drive the new era of retail.

Kathryn McLay to depart Walmart (Business Wire)

BENTONVILLE, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Walmart Inc. (Nasdaq: WMT) today announced Kathryn McLay, President and CEO, Walmart International, will depart Walmart. McLay will remain in the role until January 31st but will continue at the company through the first quarter to help ensure a smooth transition.
