Absolicon Solar Collector AB (“Absolicon”) has signed and acquired the SavoSolar solar thermal business from Summa Energy Oy, part of the Summa Defence group (“Summa”). The total consideration of EUR 393,000 consists of a combination of cash payment of EUR 175,000 and 355,723 newly issued shares in Absolicon at a subscription price of 6.66 SEK. Fortum has today completed the acquisition of a project development portfolio from the German renewables developer and constructor ABO Energy.
