Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting of Aker Horizons ASA (under liquidation) (the “Company”) held on 26 February 2026, where shareholders resolved to liquidate the Company and to apply for delisting of the Company's shares from trading on Euronext Oslo Børs.
Reference is further made to the announcement made by Oslo Børs on 18 March 2026 regarding its decision to delist the Company's shares from trading on Euronext Oslo Børs with effect from 20 April 2026. The last day of trading in the Company's shares is today, 17 April 2026.

Der DAX geht bei 23.804 Punkten praktisch unverändert ins Wochenende, getragen von der Hoffnung auf neue Gespräche zwischen den USA und dem Iran in Islamabad. Auch mögliche Gespräche zwischen Israel und dem Libanon stützen die Märkte, weil Anleger auf Entspannung bei Öl, Inflation und Zinsen setzen. Rüstungsaktien geraten dagegen unter Druck: Rheinmetall verliert 5,6 %, Hensoldt 5,9 % und Renk 3,6 %. In den USA steigt die Inflation im März auf 3,3 %, die Kerninflation auf 2,6 % - das macht Zinssenkungen der Fed schwieriger. Bei den Firmenmeldungen: VW stoppt die ID.4-Produktion in den USA und setzt wieder auf Verbrenner, Airbus enttäuscht mit nur 60 Auslieferungen im März, Nordex meldet einen Großauftrag aus Spanien. An extraordinary general meeting of Aker Horizons ASA (the “Company”) was held today as a digital meeting with online participation.
All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals set out in the meeting notice published on 5 February 2026, including the proposal to liquidate the Company and to apply for delisting of the Company's shares from Euronext Oslo Børs.
