Builders FirstSource is testing the lower boundary of a long-term falling wedge while daily RSI continues to show bullish multi-swing divergence, suggesting downside momentum may be weakening. This is a countertrend long idea, so confirmation matters. I would want to see a bullish reversal off wedge support along with a bullish stochastic cross to strengthen the bounce thesis. The 4HR is beginning to show some signs of Volume Divergence as well. Key levels I'm watching: Current wedge support: ~$67.28 Support 1: $63.49 Support 2: $52.72 If the wedge support holds and price confirms a reversal, the upside objectives are: Target 1: 100 SMA Target 2: Upper wedge / resistance near $90.99 Important note: earnings are on July 30th, so that adds event risk. Any position taken before earnings should account for the possibility of a sharp move that can ignore nearby technical levels.
