Software is at a pivotal level and we must gain to go higher (TradingView)
NOW was a call I made back in 2024. I called that we would dump from all time highs down to $90 and that is exactly what happened. They held $90 and now we are going higher, but at a pivot resistance level. We hit this red level once and dumped, now we held the higher low and are retesting this level. It could very well dump from here. I am long software and took some profits at these levels. Will AI dump and software pump? Will they both dump off these levels? I would take profits at these levels and hope for a potential breakout.

Falling off a cliff $NOW (TradingView)
This trade is based on a failed opening auction rather than chasing strength. With momentum fading into lunch and buyers unable to extend the opening move, the short offered a favorable risk-to-reward setup targeting a retracement of the morning advance.
(Stop - Above the failed auction high.)
ServiceNow opened with a strong gap higher, but the initial push failed to attract sustained buyers, creating a failed opening auction. After rejecting the highs, price rotated lower and spent the late morning consolidating into lunch, suggesting the early momentum had been exhausted.
The preferred setup was to short the failed opening pop once buyers were unable to hold the opening range. The expectation was for mean reversion as trapped longs exited positions and buying volume faded into the lunchtime session.

NOW: Macro Trend Structure (TradingView)
We are interpreting the macro uptrend since the 2013 lows to have topped in December 2024, having already finished its first wave of decline and potentially started a new one that should bring price toward the macro support levels around the 50s.
Chart (Monthly):
https://www.tradingview.com/x/twcsEd8X/
Local resistance levels are at 105–117.
As long as price stays below them, there is risk of an immediate downside reversal.
Mid-term resistance zone: 122–158.
But even if price attempts one more retest of the June highs, as long as it stays below 158, we remain highly cautious of more decline in the coming months.

ServiceNow - Unfairly Punished. The Setup Is Building. (TradingView)
NYSE:NOW
ServiceNow is down 50% year-on-year. The market is treating it like a broken business. It is not.
This is a company with consistent double-digit revenue growth, expanding operating margins, a 98%+ net revenue retention rate, and a platform that sits at the centre of enterprise IT operations globally. Every large organisation that runs ServiceNow is deeply embedded, ripping it out is not a realistic option. That is not a deteriorating business. That is a business on sale.
The selloff is macro and sentiment-driven. The broader SaaS derating cycle, what some are calling the SaaSocalypse, has indiscriminately punished high-multiple software names regardless of underlying quality. ServiceNow has been caught in that wave despite having exactly the characteristics that should make it a survivor and beneficiary of the AI transition. Enterprises are not cutting ServiceNow. They are building AI workflows on top of it.
The Technical Picture

SERVICE NOW - Capitulation? Long Term hold (TradingView)
NYSE:NOW is sitting in a major long-term decision zone.
After a sharp reset from the highs, price is testing historical demand with capitulation-style volume showing up near support.
Bullish case: hold this zone and reclaim $98–120, and the chart could start working back toward $180.
Bearish case: lose support, and lower demand near $45–50 could come back into play.
For now, it's a potential bottoming area — but bulls need the reclaim.
