STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hexcel Corporation (NYSE: HXL) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share on the common stock of Hexcel, payable to stockholders of record as of November 2, 2026, with a payment date of November 9, 2026.

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hexcel Corporation (NYSE: HXL):
Q3 2026 Sales were $496 million, an 8.8% increase compared to Q3 2025 sales of $456 million (9.2% increase in constant currency).
Q3 2026 GAAP diluted EPS of $0.50 compared to Q3 2025 GAAP diluted EPS of $0.26.
Q3 2026 adjusted diluted EPS of $0.50, compared to Q3 2025 adjusted diluted EPS of $0.37.
2026 guidance unchanged.
Share repurchase authorization increased to $750 million.
