Saab receives Spanish artillery radar contract (Cision)

Saab has received an order from the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), for the life time extension of the Arthur radar systems for the Spanish Army. The order value is approximately SEK 540 million (EUR 49.4 million).
The order will, with modern technology, ensure the critical capabilities of Spain's artillery locating force while sustaining cost effectiveness. The life time extension will provide both high operational mobility and precise counter-battery operation, meaning an increased number of targets are located at greater ranges but with a reduced electronic signature.

Saab receives additional order relating to the Swedish A26 submarines (Cision)

Saab has today received an order from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the last phase of the production as well as additional scope for material and services for the two Blekinge-class (A26) submarines previously ordered by Sweden. The order value is approximately SEK 9.6 billion with the vast majority of deliveries taking place in the period 2026-2032.

Saab and the Swedish Armed Forces extend Gripen maintenance contract (Cision)

Saab and the Swedish Armed Forces have today extended an existing contract and Saab has received an order for support- and maintenance services for Gripen C/D and E. The order value is approximately SEK 4 billion and deliveries will take place 2026 to 2027. The contract also includes options for the Armed Forces to place additional orders for support and maintenance until 2029.
The contract includes technical system support, spare parts, repairs, training as well as additional service- and maintenance work required for Gripen's flight operations.

The Saab-led MANGROVE consortium has been selected by NATO to lead the Allied Underwater Battlespace Mission Network project (AUWB-MN). The project formally commenced 1 September 2025 and will deliver interoperability for Maritime Uncrewed Systems and conventional platforms across allied nations.
