McDonalds (MCD) is down on reports that US sales fell 3.6% in the first quarter, mainly due to a decline in guest counts. It is the biggest drop in the chain's home market since 2020.
CVS is up on news that the company's drug-benefits unit negotiated a deal to make Novo Nordisk A/S's Wegovy more widely available to its members.
