TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Canada Goose Holdings Inc. (NYSE, TSX: GOOS) announced today the voting results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) held on August 7, 2026.
At the Meeting, all the nominees for election as directors listed in the Company's management information circular dated June 26, 2026, were elected by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders virtually present or represented by proxy at the Meeting. MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Birks Group Inc. (“Birks Group” or the “Company”) (NYSE American LLC: BGI) announced today its intention to voluntarily delist from the NYSE American LLC (“NYSE American”). The Company has been approved to have its Class A voting shares trade on the OTCQB Venture Market (the “OTCQB”) and anticipates launching on the OTCQB the day following the date its Class A voting shares are delisted from NYSE American.
As previously disclosed, the Company received a notification letter from the NYSE American advising that the Company is not in compliance with the NYSE American continued listing standards set forth in Sections 1003(a)(i) and (ii) of the NYSE American Company Guide.
