Latour expands Nord-Lock Group′s business offering within critical fasteners by acquisition of Bolt and Nut Manufacturing Limited (Cision)

Investment AB Latour (publ) has, through its wholly owned business area Nord-Lock Group, signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Bolt and Nut Manufacturing Limited (Bolt and Nut).
Founded in 2008, Bolt and Nut is a leading manufacturer of specialty bolts and non-standard fasteners. Exporting globally from its facility in Wolverhampton, UK, it supplies highly demanding industries such as Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Generation, Nuclear, and Defense. Bolt and Nut have a revenue exceeding 17 MGBP and a profitability level above Latour's wholly-owned industrial operations.

Veidekke: To Build 51 apartments in Arendal (Cision)

Veidekke has been awarded the contract to construct the fourth phase of the Bryggebyen development project in Arendal for Vindholmen Eiendom AS. The design and build contract is valued at approximately NOK 190 million, excluding VAT.
Bryggebyen is a major urban development project in Arendal, initiated by Arendals Fossekompani. Phase 4 is the first stage of the development that Veidekke will undertake.
