BAX has take a dump, but has done everything we want to see on the way down. BAX has tested so many huge yearly levels on this major leg down from the previous all time highs. This sets up a clear runway to hopefully takeoff once we get to major support. Technically, BAX is bouncing off major support. But I prefer this fib pull where we see BAX going just a little bit lower. I don't enter early on stocks unless we get very close to my level and BAX is tempting now, but I do think we sweep the relative monthly swing low to test my level. I am always looking for stocks that have dumped, but also are set up nicely to go back up. I want to see major levels tested on the way down. I want to see a huge yearly untested level/fib to the upside that is going to act like a magnet to pull this thing to the upside.
