Solstad Maritime ASA (“SOMA”) is pleased to announce the finalization of two contract awards.
With reference to the stock exchange notice from Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) dated April 30, 2025, announcing the contract award with Petrobras for the CSV “Normand Flower” owned by SOMA, subject to Board approval:
SOMA confirms that the contract has now been formally approved and signed.
The contract, which will commence in January 2026, has a duration of 4 years and a gross value of approximately USD 115 million excluding ROV services.
