AS Tallinna Sadam subsidiary, OÜ TS Shipping (hereinafter: "TS Shipping"), and Baffinland Iron Mines Corporation (hereinafter: Baffinland) extended the long-term cooperation agreement in 2024 for the chartering of the multifunctional icebreaker MS Botnica to assist cargo vessels in Canadian Arctic waters. MS Botnica escorts Panamax-type ships loaded with iron ore from Milne Inlet Port to the open sea. The agreement covers the period from 2024 to 2028 and includes annual call options for chartering the vessel for at least 60 days per year from September to December....

Compared to the same period of the previous year, cargo volumes increased by +6% i.e. 191 thousand tonnes, mainly supported by liquid bulk and ro-ro, and the number of passengers increased by +0.9% i.e. 17 thousand passengers due to the increase in the number of cruise passengers. According to the scope of service, Botnica will be chartered as an auxiliary vessel to support the charterer in Northern Canada....

On 28 November 2023, AS Tallinna Sadam (hereinafter referred to as "Tallinna Sadam") submitted an application to initiate bankruptcy proceedings of MPG AgroProduction OÜ (hereinafter referred to as "MPG"). On 19 January 2024, the debtor submitted its reorganization application. On 12 August 2024, reorganization proceedings of MPG were terminated by the Supreme Court's order and on 15 October 2024 the bankruptcy of MPG was declared. On 14 November 2024, MPG filed an appeal with the Tallinn Circuit Court against the bankruptcy order. On 9 September 2025, the Tallinn Circuit Court decided to dismiss MPG's appeal and to leave the resolution of the Harju County Court's order of 15 October 2024 unchanged....
