Solstad Maritime ASA - Sale of CSV Normand Clipper (Cision)

Solstad Maritime ASA (“SOMA”) today announces that Global Marine Group, the current charterer of CSV Normand Clipper (built in 2001), have declared its purchase option for the vessel.
Delivery of the vessel to the new owner will take place at the end of the firm contract period on 1 June 2026.
The vessel has supported Global Marine Group's worldwide cable-laying operations since 2020.
Solstad Maritime will recognize a gain on the sale of approximately USD 10 million to be reflected in the Q2 2026 accounts.

Solstad Maritime AS, a subsidiary of Solstad Maritime ASA (“SOMA"), has today signed an amendment and restatement agreement with DNB Bank ASA as agent for a loan syndicate totaling USD 621 millions and revolving credit facility of NOK 600 million at 17[th] December 2025 (Effective Date).
