Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year Highlights:
Record fourth quarter revenue of $275.1 million and fiscal year revenue of $820.6, up 40% and 14% year-over-year, respectively
Fourth quarter and fiscal year net income of $16.7 million and $43.6 million, respectively and record fourth quarter and fiscal year non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA of $61.6 million and $146.4 million, respectively
Record fiscal year bookings of $1.2 billion

Die Hoffnung auf eine Waffenruhe im Nahen Osten lässt die Kurse steigen. Der DAX schließt bei 23.642 Punkten, ein Plus von 1,6 %. Der MDAX gewinnt 2,3 % auf 29.958 Punkte. Öl wird deutlich günstiger: Brent fällt auf 67,31 Dollar, WTI auf 65,18 Dollar. Reise- und Bauwerte wie TUI, Lufthansa, Fraport und Heidelberg Materials profitieren.
