Am Turnaround-Dienstag hellt sich die Stimmung an den Börsen auf: Die Bitcoin-Erholung von fast +4 % sorgt für Rückenwind an der Wall Street, die US-Indizes eröffnen im Plus. Der DAX schließt bei 23.711 Punkten, ein Plus von 0,5 %, auch EuroStoxx50, Anleihemarkt und Krypto stabilisieren sich. Etwas höhere Inflation in der Eurozone von 2,2 % schreckt die Anleger kaum, Entspannung kommt zudem von besser laufenden Anleiheauktionen in Japan. Im Fokus der Einzelwerte: Bayer nach der US-Unterstützung im Glyphosat-Streit mit Kursgewinnen von zeitweise bis zu +15 %, dazu neue CO2-Ziele bei BMW, ein Rumpfproblem bei Airbus A320, Stellenabbau und Streaming-Fokus bei RTL Deutschland sowie eine abgeschlossene Übernahme von Siemens-Gamesa-Geschäft durch ABB. SBO meldet für die ersten neun Monate 2025 einen Umsatz von 358,2 Mio. Euro. Das ist ein deutlicher Rückgang von 16 % im Vergleich zu den 425,6 Mio. Euro im Vorjahr. Das EBIT sank um ein Drittel auf 34,9 Mio. Euro, die EBIT-Marge fällt von 12,2 auf 9,7 %. "Das dritte Quartal hat gezeigt, wie stark die aktuelle Marktschwäche auf Investitionsentscheidungen unserer Kunden durchschlägt", so SBO CEO Klaus Mader auf dem Eigenkapitalforum. Ein Überangebot an Öl bei geringerer Nachfrage belastet das Geschäft. "Aber Geothermie, Flow Control und 3D-Metalldruck zeigen erste Ergebnisse. Diese Strategie ist ein Marathon", so CEO Klaus Mader. Akquisitionen (außerhalb der Öl- und Gasbranche) bleiben stets ein Thema bei SBO: "Das können wir uns leisten, genügend Firepower ist vorhanden. Aber Wasserstoff käme zu früh, obwohl wir in Zukunft aufgrund der Nachfrage alle Energieformen benötigen werden."...
