Iran To Allow No More Than 15 Vessels Per Day Through Hormuz: Russian Media
Despite the positive development of a shaky US-Iran ceasefire holding, the reality is that Tehran still maintains de facto control over the vital Strait of Hormuz waterway. A mere few vessels passed without incident on Wednesday, before Iran's military closed the strait again, citing Israel's massive attacks on Lebanon.
The Associated Press has emphasized Thursday, "Iran's approval system for ships granted safe passage - after vetting by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps - remains unchanged despite US President Donald Trump's demand for the strait to be reopened."
"Last week was the busiest week since the start of the war with 72 passages, still 90% below normal volumes, Lloyd's said," the AP report continues. "Most of the vessels allowed through are connected to Iran, although some Indian vessels have gotten through with diplomatic intervention by the Indian government."

Russia Launches Largest One-Day Drone Blitz Of Ukraine War
At least seven people were killed in Ukraine on Tuesday after Russia launched a truly massive drone attack that's said to be the largest of the four-year war. Counting both drones and cruise missiles, 979 warheads poured into Ukrainian airspace as diplomatic efforts at ending the war remain stalled and the world's attention focused almost entirely on the US-Israeli war on Iran.

Ukrainian officials said it began with an overnight attack comprising almost 400 long-range drones and 23 cruise missiles. Then, in a surprise twist, Russia unleashed even more in broad daylight. Startled Ukrainians were sent rushing to bomb shelters after alarms rang out around noon, as a swarm of 556 drones hammered cities across the western part of the country, including Lviv, Ternopil, Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro.

Zelensky Confirms 200 Ukrainian Drone Operatives Are In Mideast Assisting Against Iran
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday offered rare confirmation that his government has sent 200 Ukrainian air defense experts to the Middle East, where they are helping allies to counteract Iranian drone attacks, and on the cheap. Zelensky, who has publicly backed President Trump's decision to attack Iran, explained in statements before British parliament on Tuesday that Ukraine's mastery of low-cost and efficient interceptor drones has revolutionized modern warfare.
He offered as an example that it has cost the Untied States about $4 million per interceptor to shoot down a merely $50,000 Iranian Shahed drone, making Ukraine's methods a far cheaper and attractive alternative.

Days before Zelensky's comments, The New York Times highlighted that phones of Ukrainian defense firms have been "ringing off the hook":
For most of its four-year-long war with Russ...
