(CSE: ICS) (OTCQB: IGCRF) (FRA: Y4G) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement financing (the “Offering”) of 10,000,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) at a price of C$0.25 per Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,500,000.
