Kasachstans Überproduktion ist wohl der maßgebliche Grund für die Änderung der Produktionsstrategie der OPEC+ bzw. die schnelle Rückführung der freiwilligen Produktionskürzungen. Auch für die Anfang Juli anstehende Produktionsentscheidung haben sich die Vorzeichen hier nicht geändert: Reuters zitiert das kasachische Energieministerium dahingehend, dass die Produktion von Öl und Kondensaten im Juni gegenüber dem Vormonat um rund 6% auf 2,14 Mio. Barrel pro Tag steigen wird. Damit würde Kasachstan einen weiteren Monat deutlich über dem vereinbarten Niveau produzieren..

Kasachstan dürfte auch im Mai seine Ölproduktion nicht reduziert und die vereinbarte Produktionsmenge damit erneut deutlich überschritten haben. Wie die Nachrichtenagentur Reuters unter Berufung auf eine nicht namentlich genannte industrienahe Quelle berichtet, lag die kasachische Ölproduktion ohne Kondensate in den ersten 19 Tagen im Mai bei 1,86 Mio. Barrel pro Tag. Das war 2% mehr als im April und nur etwas weniger als im März. Laut der OPEC+-Vereinbarung dürfte Kasachstan im Mai lediglich 1,49 Mio. Barrel pro Tag produzieren.. --- Sollte Kasachstan die Produktion nicht in Richtung der vereinbarten Menge reduzieren, dürften auch in den Sommermonaten stärkere Produktionserhöhungen der sieben anderen OPEC+-Länder anstehen, die ihre Produktion freiwillig reduziert hatten...
